I started building newbies based on site Fminside and Fmdataba. They are not complete enough in comparison with the football manager 2021, but they are operational.
Sorry, I don't have time to translate all my changes into text, so I took screenshots of important points. They are in Russian, but I think it won't be a problem. I have done about 10 players so far. If you are interested, I will continue to upload screenshots.

PS For my game I change the names to the well-known to leave a comment voiceovers. For example: PIPI to PEPE, COLLINS to COLEMAN

I compared the football players I know who are in PESand in FM. For example, Cherki from Lyon. Revealed a certain pattern. And I slightly increased the rating of newcomers to make it more interesting to play with them. Faces were taken from photos from Google

I would love to show my settings. But my English is bad =(

I am doing it simply. Those parameters that are highlighted in bold blue, I put about 85. Those that are just bold - about 75. And so on. Some parameters are missing, so I set them subjectively, focusing on the position.

I played 2 seasons with these players. I realized that it is impossible to make them stars like Fati or Mbappe, if the initial rating is 68-71 at 16 years old. So I didn't give a damn about the real age. I give everyone 15 years.

I also came up with a life hack. If there are many newcomers in the team at once, then it is not so interesting to play. Therefore, I created half of the newbies in the "Player Creation" mode. After a couple of seasons, you can add them to your team. And they will be 15 years old.

I volti bisogna farli. Quasi impossibile trovare qualcuno che l'abbia fatti. Bisogna armarsi di un po' di pazienza, guardare qualche foto e poi creare il tutto

E comunque per crearli, basta cercare su internet le foto dei loro volti e cercare qualcuno vagamente somigliante, fare copia base, per poi ricopiare le statistiche che hai postato...

Io l' ho fatto con decine di giocatori assenti nel database per la serie B, con la differenza che le mie statistiche non sono mirate ma fatte in modo da non creare overall esagerati.

Appena sistemerò i campionati più importanti farò qualche giovane dei tuoi, e se mai dovessi fare e pubblicare una master, ne acquisto uno in tuo onore
