We have confirmed that all users who redeemed codes before 13:20 on 15/09 (UTC) have now received their bonuses. If you were among these users, you should be able to claim your bonuses from the Inbox in myClub mode.
We have also sent out 10,000 GP as an apology for any inconvenience caused by this issue. This GP was sent to all users who completed the myClub mode tutorial before the start of today's maintenance.

We have some new information for users affected by this issue.
Firstly, we have confirmed that the error was fixed at 13:20 on 15/09 (UTC), meaning that anybody who redeemed a code after this time should have received their bonuses without any issues.
Unfortunately, anybody who redeemed a code before this time is going to have to wait a little while longer. We are currently in talks with Sony Interactive Entertainment to get your bonuses to you as soon as possible, but please note that this may take some time. If you still haven't received your bonuses by 00:00 on 17/09 (UTC), we will send them to you through myClub mode during maintenance on the same day.

We are aware that a number of users are having issues claiming the bonuses included with the physical version of PES 2021.
All affected users will receive their bonuses when they log in to myClub after maintenance on 17/09/2020.
We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused.
