To utilise eFootball™ Point functionalities, you must first link your game account to your KONAMI ID by taking the steps shown below.
[Extras] > [Support] > [Link KONAMI ID]
*Note that even if you have already linked your KONAMI ID to other games, you will still have to link it to eFootball™ 2022.
If you notice that your eFootball™ Point balance is not displayed correctly, even after you successfully link your KONAMI ID, try going back to the Top Menu. Once you re-enter the eFootball™ Point Shop, your balance should be displayed correctly.

If your eFootball™ Point balance is not displayed correctly even if you have linked your KONAMI ID to the game account as previously instructed, it may be because you have not agreed to the "eFootball™ Points Terms of Use".
To do so, first go back to the Top Menu then re-enter the eFootball™ Point Shop and choose an item. This will prompt a QR code/URL to be shown on the screen.
By accessing the My KONAMI website via the QR code/URL and agreeing to the "eFootball™ Points Terms of Use", your eFootball™ Points balance should display correctly.
*Once you confirm your agreement, you will be able to choose whether you wish to proceed with the purchase of the item or not.
