    Yes, that is what Base copy is... You copy everything and reset all things you don't want to copy. In this case copy a player and just reset everything else like stats, name etc.

    I am not sure every team can be brought to 26...But from what I have seen, you can bring all the teams from EURO 2021 to 26. That means, from this EURO, Albania, Georgia, Romania, Serbia will be 23, all else 26. Konami released an update before EURO2021 to bring all teams from groups to 26...
